He is survived by: his wife Jean Baer (Harbaugh); his children, Steve Baer (Sue) of Hagerstown, MD and Ann Topper (Tom) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Angela, Joe, Matt, Michael, Brian and Steven; and his great grandchild Max.
