He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Jane Biller; and his half-brother Earl E. "Gene" Biller, Jr.. He is survived by: his father Young; his daughter Tara M. Shank (Eric) of Chambersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Parker and Charlee; and his half-brothers, Brent Biller of Waynesboro and Jake Biller of Smithsburg, MD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as a host of extended family and friends.
