He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. and Dorothy B. Lockbaum (McKelvey). He is survived by: his spouse Joann Lockbaum (Mackey); his daughter Christina S. Miller (Lockbaum); his friend Tracy Hight; his sons, Jeffrey J. Metcalfe (Tracy), Joseph M. Metcalfe (Lisa) and Jeremy E. Metcalfe (Melissa); his grandchildren, Kayla Ore, Ben Metcalfe and Emily Metcalfe; his stepgrandson Derek Shockey; his great grandchildren, Dawson Ore, Farrah Ore, Josie Ore and Landon Metcalfe; and his siblings, Linda M. Minor, William R. Lockbaum, Joseph E. Lockbaum and Edward E. Lockbaum. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
