He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine E. Brown (Fleagle) and Glenn Needy; his wife Paula K. Needy (Stone); and his sister Linda Schmall. He is survived by: his children, Stephen M. Needy of Greencastle, PA and Penni S. Baker (James) of Greencastle, PA; his grandchildren, Rachel Posey of Greencastle, Rebekah Bruner (Aric) of Greencastle and Holden Baker of St. Augustine, FL; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Trace, Melah and Kinsley; and his siblings, Paul Spessard (Bobbi) of Waynesboro, Loretta Heil, Cindy Stutz, Dan Needy and Mike Needy. He is also survived by extended family including many cousins.
