He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester F. Kennedy and Harriett Thelma Kennedy (Niswander); and his siblings, Lois R. Kayhoe and Bradford W. Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Kennedy (Rowe); his children, Ricky L. Kennedy of Williamsport, MD, S. Jean Freeman of Mont Alto, Barbara A. Henicle of Waynesboro, Nancy A. Wolford of Waynesboro, Gary E. Kennedy of Gettysburg and John F. Kennedy of Waynesboro; and his brothers, Ronald F. Kennedy of Philadelphia, Allen G. Kennedy of Hagerstown and Thurman Kennedy of Hagerstown. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
