Blizzard (McKean); his children, Richard E. Blizzard, Jr. (Penny) of Fayetteville, Robert L. Blizzard (Stacy) of Waynesboro, Duane A. Blizzard (Amy Misner) of Caledonia, PA, Penny L. McIntyre of Quincy, PA, Jamie L. Blizzard of Waynesboro and Amy B. Meek (Jim) of Waynesboro; and his sisters, Merna "PeeWee" Traxler of Fayetteville, Carrie "Skipper" Knouse of Biglerville, PA and Janet Groft of Fayetteville. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
