He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Kendall and Charlotte Yowler Kendall; his wife Lucille Raines Kendall; his daughter Kimberly Shubert; his grandson William Robert Shubert III; and his son-in-law Robert McDonald, Jr..
He is survived by: his pet Betsy; his daughter Kristine E. McDonald of Chambersburg; his grandchildren, Courtney Swartz (David Tkach), Brandon Swartz (Allison) and Tyler Shubert; his great grandchildren, Clara, Luca Tkach, Cameron, Harper Swartz, Madisynn and Makenna Shubert; and his son-in-law William Robert Shubert, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
