He was predeceased by: his parent Raymond Shaffer. He is survived by: his parent Eva Shaffer (Riley); his spouse Ruby D. Shaffer (Baer); his child Raymond Shaffer, Jr.; his wife Angela of Florida; his sisters, Margaret Pendergrass of Bethlehem, PA and Donna Bercaw of Waynesboro; and also, Diane Shaffer of Waynesboro and Julie Brown (Joseph) of Ellicott City, MD. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter.
