He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward G. Finney and Mayburn S. Finney (Fitz); his son Randolph M. Finney, Jr.; and his sister Rebecca A. Dill. He is survived by: his wife Mildred L. Finney (Socks); and his siblings, Emily D. Wingert of Hanover, PA and George E. Finney of Mont Alto, PA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
