He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Smith and Patricia Smith (Bingaman). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Smith (Green); his children, Sarah Morganthal (Gary) of Waynesboro and Jeffrey Smith of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Gage Hoyaux, Rayne Hoyaux and Liam Hoyaux; and his siblings, Beverly Gantz (Randy) of Waynesboro, Denise Lapole (Mike) of Waynesboro, Jenny Stoner (Greg) of Waynesboro, Alan Smith (Joni) of Hagerstown, MD, Alfred Smith, Jr. (Tina) of Waynesboro and Brian Smith (Debbie) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home (50 S Broad St, Waynesboro, PA 17268). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
