She is survived by: her husband Ramsey L. Frank; her children, Debra Frank Turner (Todd) of Tampa, FL and Mark Nelson Frank (Lisa) of Waynesboro; her grandchildren, Jack Nelson Koehler and Lauren Elsie Koehler; and her siblings-in-law, Connie Frank and Doug Frank.
