It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Garling of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul W. Souders and Mae Elizabeth "Betty" Souders (Nelson); and her siblings, Connie R. Souders and Paul N. Souders. She is survived by: her husband Garry L. Garling; her daughters, Tammy Bayer (John) of Chambersburg, PA, Laura Engel (Rob) and Cindy Decker (Lauren); her grandchildren, Sara Mae Holden, Nathan Decker and Levi Engel; and her siblings, Emily Mort, Lillie West of Waynesboro, PA, George Souders of Leitersburg, MD and David Souders of Waynesboro, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Christ United Methodist Church (100 S Church St, Waynesboro, PA 17268).
