She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Mull and Karen Decker (Miller). She is survived by: her husband David Allen Carbaugh; her sons, Corey Carbaugh (Trisha) of Waynesboro and Matthew Carbaugh of Waynesboro; her grandsons, Lucas and Zachary Carbaugh of Waynesboro; and her brothers, Douglas Decker of Ft. Loudon and Sherman Decker of Chambersburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
