He is survived by: his children, Anthony F. Montoy of Waynesboro, Leon C. Montoy of Milford, DE, Norman L. Montoy, II of Charlotte Hall, MD and Norma J. Bard of Frederick, MD. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
