She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Paul and Mildred Paul (Paul); her husband John T. Pepper, Sr.; and her daughter Tara Ford. She is survived by: her sons, John T. Pepper, Jr. (Arlene) of Hanover, PA and Michael Pepper (Amy) of Severn, MD; her grandchildren, Molly Ford, Dan Imel, Rylee Pepper and Sophee Pepper; her sister Grace Russell of Riverdale, MD; her nephew Robert Russell; and her niece Cathy Russell.
