He was predeceased by: his daughter Lori Ann Welsh. He is survived by: his significant other Carina S. Pike of Greencastle; his children, Teddy Welsh (Tracy) of Waynesboro, Theresa Burner (Gary Zentmyer) of Waynesboro, Travis "Joe" Welsh (Kelly) of Waynesboro and Samantha Jo Irvin (Eddy) of St. Thomas, PA; his grandchildren, Brett Welsh, Dakota Welsh, Dylan Welsh, Dalton Welsh, Caleb Burner, Eddy Irvin, Jr. and Lita Irvin; his siblings, Frances Woods, Arlene Finfrock, Wrennis Welsh, Rosie Barkdoll, Dennis Welsh, Dave Welsh, Mark Welsh and Rick Welsh; and also Mary Pike of Greencastle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
