He is survived by: his wife Terry Paulette Stambaugh (Moss); his foster son Charles Arnsparger (Celia) of Mont Alto, PA; his granddaughter Kelli Arnsparger; and his siblings, Richard Stambaugh of Chambersburg, Elizabeth Hartman of Mont Alto, Margaret Kauffman of Chambersburg and Curvin Stambaugh of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
