He is survived by: his parents, Merle R. Moser Sr. of Thurmont and Jesse Smith of Thurmont, Maryland.; his sons, Merle "Ricky" R. Moser and Justin Sabolic of Mt. Airy, Maryland.; his sisters, Michelle "Shelly" Moser of Fairfield, Pennsylvinia and Elizabeth "Lil Lib" Dick of Thurmont, Maryland.; his siblings-in-law, Shelly and Eric Ott of Farifield, Pennslyvinia.; his daughter Heather Long; and his grandchild LeBron Barnes of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family asks that all donations be made to the Go Fund Me account created by his son, Ricky, to help with the cost of the funeral.
