He was predeceased by: his parents, John K. Keckler and Helen Keckler (Mowen); and his wife Kathleen R. Keckler (Blickenstaff). He is survived by: his children, Belinda D. Lucas (Ned R., Jr.) of Hagerstown, Scott M. Keckler (Teresa Keckler) of Shippensburg, PA and Kyle L. Keckler of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Ned R. Lucas, III, Kelsey M. Keckler, Jonathan K. Keckler and Shelby Fogus; and his sister Rebecca N. Lucas of Morristown, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
