Maynard Koons Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maynard Koons (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 20, 2019, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wesley and Iva Belle Koons (Bonebrake); his wife Charlotte Royer Koons (Frantz); his children, Linda Lou Koons and Eugene Maynard Koons; and his siblings, Kathryn Mullenix, Betty M. Snowberger, Robert D. Koons and John H. Koons.
He is survived by: his daughter Judith A. "Judy" O'Toole (Eddie) of Waynesboro; and his brother Donald L. Koons (Shirley) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
