He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald and Sandra Eubank. He is survived by: his parents, Donald E. Eubank, II and Melissa S. Eubank (Fletcher) of Waynesboro; his brother Cody Eubank of Waynesboro; and his grandparents, James and Juanita Fletcher of Roanoke, VA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
