She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Edward and Erma Iona Kelbaugh (Rudy); her husband Marcus Nevin Lowans; her children, Vicki Stull and Ronald Lowans; her great grandchild Jordan Buchanan; her great great grandchild Keenan; and her siblings, Joyce Kramer, George Kelbaugh, Millard "Buck" Kelbaugh and Dennis Kelbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald "Jed" Lowans (Brenda) of Mont Alto, Betty Laman (Jack) of Amberson, PA, Millard "Buddy" Lowans (Sue) of Waynesboro, Darrell "Lennie" Lowans of Waynesboro, Lori Kline (Greg) of Waynesboro, Rodney "Bill" Lowans of Waynesboro and Todd Lowans of San Diego, CA; and her siblings, Harvey Kelbaugh of Rhode Island, Larry Kelbaugh of Hagerstown and Madeline Cauffman of Hagerstown. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
