She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Miller and Mary Miller (Bowman); her husband Wesley Forrest; her siblings, Kathleen Dewease and Bud Miller; and her stepsiblings, Fred Miller, Lillian Pryor, Pauline Lowe and Gladys Bigelow.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Dillon (Douglas); and her stepdaughter Cathy Inkeles (Andy). She is also survived by two step-granddaughters, six step-great-grandsons, one step-great-granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
