She was predeceased by her parents James and Lily Smith. She is survived by her husband, William G. Price; her sister Lily Hirst (Ralph); her daughters, Shirley Price, Laura Miller (John) and Heather Marty; her grandchildren, Jason Miller, Cory Miller, Elizabeth Marty, Jake Marty, Dallas and Rebecca; her neice Linda and nephews Ross and Scott.

Her memorial service and committal cermony will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA and will be a private ceremony with only close family present.
