She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Hampton and Frances C. Hampton (Shockey); and her husband Richard B. "Dick" Barkdoll. She is survived by: her children, Vincent C. Barkdoll of Chambersburg, Cathy S. Sullivan (David) of Greencastle, David B. Barkdoll of Warfordsburg, PA and Thomas L. Barkdoll (Ruby) of Newburg, PA; and her siblings, Marie I. Rowland of Waynesboro and John W. "Junior" Hampton, Jr. of Waynesboro. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
