She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd F. Kell and Frances E. Berger Kell; and her brother Lloyd F. Kell, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Shatzer; her children, Gary Shatzer of Waynesboro, PA, Jay Shatzer of Waynesboro, PA, Thomas Shatzer of Waynesboro, PA, Carol Goolsby (Ralph) of Martinsburg, WV, Timothy Shatzer (Andi) of Waynesboro, PA and Durene High (Butch) of Moyock, NC; and her brother Jim Kell (Christine) of Erie, PA.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Quincy Village Benevolent Fund, 6596 Orphanage Rd., Waynesboro, PA 17268.
