She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence A. Pepple and Luray L. Pepple (Snider); her son-in-law Mitchell W. Hickok; and her siblings, Priscilla R. Powell, Clarence A. Pepple, Jr., Walter C. Alter and James Pepple.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa L. Hickok of Waynesboro, Rodney L. Creager, Jr. (Ashley) of Johnstown, PA and Sahara L. Creager of Fayetteville, PA; and her former husband Rodney Creager, Sr. of Waynesboro. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
