With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lewis Waugh (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), born in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on November 7, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Calvin and Zelphia Waugh (Lutman); his wife Elsie May "Betty" Waugh (Breeden); and his sister Barbara Kendall. He is survived by: his daughter Ronda Hykes (Timothy) of Greencastle; his grandchildren, Peter, Matthew and Mary Hykes; and his sister Phyllis Jean Pierce of Big Pool, MD..
