Hughes; her stepdaughters, Jennifer Wood (Cosby) of Clayton, NC and Bernadette Hughes (Patrick) of Fort Lauderdale, FL; her stepgrandchildren, Caitlyn Wood of Florida and Zachary Wood of Clayton, NC; and her siblings, Virgil Starcher of Parkersburg, WV and Shelia Schollian of Parkersburg, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
