It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth C. Flasher (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 16, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincel D. Flasher and Hetty R. Flasher (Cordell); and his brothers, David B. Flasher, James E. Flasher and Gerald A. Flasher.
He is survived by: his significant other Kim Shoemaker of Waynesboro; and his siblings, Eugene Flasher (Barbara) of Waynesboro and Judith L. Etter (Stewart) of Chambersburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
