It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Payne (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 31, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Rosensweig; and her husband Ralph Payne. She is survived by: her mother Janet Rosensweig (Spangler) of Manchester; her daughter Jill; and her stepdaughters, Lori and Nikki. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
