With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Ann Bowers (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 5, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John David Gatrell and Maxine Liberty Gatrell (Sager); her daughter Beth Jule Bowers; and her stepfather William Turnbull. She is survived by: her husband Paul Russel Bowers; her sons, Brion Bowers (Linda) of Waynesboro, PA and Jeff Bowers (Bev) of Hagerstown, MD; and her siblings, Sam Turnbull (Pat) of Hagerstown, MD, David Turnbull (Linda) of Hagerstown, MD and Cherri Banks (Randy) of Hagerstown, MD.. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
