She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard F. Smith and Lorraine G. Smith (Parsons); and her husband Richard P. "Dick" Murphy. She is survived by: her sons, R. Thomas Murphy (Susan) of Fairfield, PA and Scott H. Murphy (Kim) of Hedgesville, WV; and her siblings, Darlene Jenkins, Larry Smith and Bob Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
