She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O. Monn and C. Lorraine Monn (Lohman); her husband Ronald W. Mills; her son-in-law Timothy Parker; and her siblings, Charlotte Monn, Faye Watson, Lois Harbaugh and Rick Monn.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly C. Parker of Suffolk, VA, Jeffrey R. Mills (Kathy) of East Berlin, PA and Lisa D. Rosenberry (Marty) of Waynesboro; her grandchildren, Jesse Mills, Jason Mills, Lindsay Spires, Alexis Rosenberry, Garrett Rosenberry and Bob Itterly; her great grandchildren, Rylee Mills, Allison Spires, Avery Spires, Jace Mills, Madison Itterly and Taylor Itterly; and her siblings, Orden Monn of Waynesboro, Donald Monn of Waynesboro, Jack Monn of Waynesboro, Terry Monn of Gettysburg, PA and Lonnie Barnett of Waynesboro. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
