It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce E. (Mentzer) Shockey of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Knepper Mentzer and Earl Glenn Mentzer, Sr.; her husband Guy Paul Shockey, Jr.; her brother Earl Glenn Mentzer, Jr.; her aunt Arlene; and her uncle Gilson Monn of Quincy.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Conca of Waynesboro; her grandchildren, Dr. Molly Kopec (Brian) of Marietta, PA and Paul Conca (Kendra) of Keller, TX; and her great grandchildren, Jocelyn Mae, Moses Mitchell Kopec, Levi Harrison and Everett Ford Conca. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
