As we bid Josh farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Josh is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. Koons and Ellen L. Koons (Yeakle) of Waynesboro; and his sister Carla Harbaugh (Koons). He is survived by: his daughter Meagan Hynes (Chris) of Westminster, MD; his grandchildren, Hudson Hynes and Mila Hynes; his sisters, Wendy Koons of Millersburg, PA and Holly O'Leary (Ed) of Portland, OR; and his brother-in-law Raymond Harbaugh of Orrtanna, PA. He is also survived by many cousins and countless friends.
