He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Newcomer and Louise Newcomer (Biser). He is survived by: his wife Darlene M. Newcomer (Kaiser); and his children, Vicki L. Pogue (Josh) of Chambersburg, PA, Debbie S. Green of Waynesboro and John W. Newcomer of Waynesboro. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
