He was predeceased by: his parent John Wetzel; and his brothers, David Sprenkle, Harold Sprenkle and Ronald Sprenkle. He is survived by: his parent Laura Elizabeth Wetzel (Reed); his spouse Peggy S. "Susan" Wetzel (Reyer); his children, Laurie Emory, Dave Gelvin of Waynesboro, Timothy Wetzel (Brenda) of St. Thomas, PA and Shelley Baer (Douglas) of Waynesboro; and his sister-in-law Sharon Sprenkle. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
