McFarland of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. McFarland (Moore); his children, David A. Doggett (Trish) of New Market, MD, Robert M. Doggett (Jie) of Taneytown, MD, Melissa Schneider (Jeff) of Dunkirk, MD and Michael McFarland; his grandchildren, David Alexander Doggett, Tyler Alexandra Doggett, Hayley Goodloe, Jenna Schneider, Jacob McFarland, Caleb McFarland and Matthew McFarland; and his sister Kathy Scianella (Mike) of Greenbelt, MD. He is also survived by one niece, two nephews as well as a host of extended family and friends.
