He was predeceased by: his parents, Onda Elmy (Miller) of Georgia and John W. Elmy, Sr.; and his siblings, Linda, Gloria and Douglas Elmy.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Elmy (Angela) of Waynesboro, David Meyers (Melinda) of Waynesboro, Gregory Meyers (Stacy) of Greencastle, PA and Sarah Elmy; his siblings, Kathy Watkins of Michigan and Greg Elmy (Laurie) of Maryland; and his sister-in-law Cindy of Georgia. He is also survived by seven granddaughters; one great-grandson.
