He was predeceased by: his parent George E. Simmers; and his stepfather Eric Kissinger. He is survived by: his parent Terry L. Simmers Kissinger (McCue) of Fayetteville, PA; his wife Penny A. Simmers (Parsons); his siblings, Heidi Plante of Shippensburg, PA, Jo Ella Simmers Cole of Fayetteville, Jessica Simmers Perez (Daren) of Doswell, VA and Gene L. Warren; and his nieces and nephews, Haley Simmers, Brandon Cole, Sincere McCray, Trent Simmers, Sabrina McNeil and Keith McNeil.
