He is survived by: his former spouse Karole K. Devlin of Waynesboro; his children, Craig B. Devlin of Waynesboro and Cindy B. Young of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Kendle, Kylar, Camren, Chase, Hannah, Kenzie, Annabelle, Cash and Casey, Jr.; and his siblings, Norma J. Warner of Waynesboro, William J. Devlin, III of Waynesboro, Margaret A. Barnhart of Waynesboro, Mary E. Devlin of Hagerstown, Michael W. Devlin of Waynesboro, Catherine M. Cross of Hagerstown, MD, Teresa C. Diller of Waynesboro and Regina M. Yoder of Waynesboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
