He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edgar Mowen and Ruth Cornelia Mowen (Hykes); and his siblings, Paul E. Mowen and Bonnie L. Mielke. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Mowen (Snyder); his siblings, Beverly A. Mowen-Hann and Gerald D. Mowen; and his children, Diane S. Schafferman (David), Andrea J. Branham and Paddy C. Mowen. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
