We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2022, at the age of 91, Joan L. Bordner (Waynesboro, Pennsylvania), born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Wimer and Helen Wimer (Brumbaugh); her husband William H. "Bill" Bordner, Sr.; and her grandson William H. Bordner, III. She is survived by: her children, David L. Bordner (Cathie) of Selinsgrove, PA, William H. Bordner, Jr. (Beverly) of Waynesboro, Richard A. Bordner (Teresa) of Harpers Ferry, WV and Cheryl A. Taylor (Jason Helwig) of Waynesboro; and her siblings, Rita Reinard of Mt. Pleasant Mills, PA, June Recards of Myrtle Beach, SC and William Wimer of Shamokin Dam, PA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
