He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Hovey and Elsie Hovey (Mhrer). He is survived by: his wife Tracie M. Hovey (Baginski); his sons, Aaron Hovey and Justin Hovey; his stepchildren, Britanni Reeman, Bryce Donahue and Brock Donahue; his siblings, Michael Hovey of Fenton, MO and Amy Throneberry of Edwardsville, IL; and his parents-in-law, Joe and Jenny Baginski of Waynesboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
