She was predeceased by: her parents, George William and Charity Kathryn Donnelly (Knouse); her husband J. Richard "Dick" Frantz; and her siblings, Mary E. Brezler, Rosalie K. Dull and George A. Donnelly.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas R. Frantz (Diane) of Virginia Beach, VA, Anne K. Conrad (William) of Virginia Beach, VA and Patricia E. Geesaman (Jeffrey) of Waynesboro. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
