He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Edward Bowling and Lucy Bowling (Sprankle). He is survived by: his wife Freida B. Bowling (Smiley); his children, Angela E. Bonner (Ricky) and James E. "Jamey" Bowling; his stepchildren, Ty Barkdoll (DeLea) of Columbia, MD and Karla Barkdoll (Joseph Todd) of Trinity, FL; his grandsons, Nathan Bonner (Holly) and Elliott Bonner; his stepgrandson Benjamin Barkdoll; and his brother R. Larry Bowling (Nancy) of Enola, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
