We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2021, at the age of 91, Jacqueline H. Barlup of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jacqueline H. Barlup to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Hovis and Madeline Hovis (Helfrick); her son Louis M. Barlup III; and her sister Lois H. Cressler. She is survived by: her children, J. Michael Barlup and Dr. Tracy A. Barlup; and her daughter-in-law Deborah M. Barlup. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
