He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Shreve and Kathleen Ohlander (Cave); his wife Shirley Ann Shreve (Bolliger); and his son Kevin Ray Shreve. He is survived by: his children, David Harold Shreve (Rose) of Chambersburg, William Hodge Shreve (Darla) of Waynesboro and Sandra Ann Shreve Walker (Jim) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Derek James Walker, Spencer Ray Walker, Brook Rose Stanbery, Christina Mayes and Angela Mayes; and his sister Janice Wamsley of Valley Bend, WV. He is also survived by several half brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
