He was predeceased by: his parent Harley; his wife Patricia A. Neal; his children, Pamela Lynne Neal and Brett H. Neal; his sister Patricia A. Micheli; and his half-brother Robert R. Neal.
He is survived by: his grandson Jesse O. Neal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
